There doesn't seem to be any particular problem with non-Nicaraguans owning land right now but there has been in the past. Nicaragua does not have a history of treating land owners from other countries well but they are on their best behavior right now. I was a resident in Honduras for four years and in Costa Rica for 47 years so I know my way around.

The subject of mission work has been brought up here. I wish there were no missionaries any where. Missionaries are not ethical as their religion is always 100% correct and everyone else's is defective. Since their primary reason to be in a country is so obviously useless, they often do good deeds also, probably to demonstrate their superiority.
