 As for the prices being cheap,  I think it will remain the same or may rise. As for availability, that should get better if competition arrives.

High speed i-net can be brought by telephone lines, cable tv, satellite or power lines. The question is if the country, which owns a majority of these, will inject to monies to get these services going along these mediums.

The bandwidth exists in the new fibers run to along the ocean floors, but can the existing infrastructure support it? Time will tell.
