another expat Honduras report

Another report from an expat in Honduras: http://myroatan.blogspot.com/2009/07/more-radio.html - most of what I've been reading from the Honduras Living yahoo group have been similarly cogent in recognizing the problems of their despot.  This isn't to say that the interim government officers are above corruption, or even necessarily less corrupt than their despot (I don't know one way or the other).  

I always support expats who speak truthfully about their adopted countries.
