Caretaker needed for 45 acre organic farm (Perez Zeledon, Costa Rica)

We are looking for a dependable hard working organic farmers who would like to help direct our volunteer workers on our beautiful and bountiful farm to be able to earn a home site. We have a all volunteer worker program for up to 8 folks from all over the world that stay a min. of 3 weeks. Your caretaker duties will be directing local workers & volunteers to maintain our gardens & fields. Free room & all the food the farm provides along with a few basics. Must be dependable, willing to stay a 3 month stay (5 days on 2 days off or 10days on 4 days off) and have verifiable references. We are very open to have you start commercial projects that will provide you with share profits. Please tell us about yourself and your experience working on organic farms.
Our farm is 3 hours south by bus of San Jose in San Isidro there are local buses available. We are 30 minutes out of town and 1 hour from the pacific beach of Dominical.

Hi, welcome to the site.  Your farm looks interesting, but as you probably know it's hard to get quality work for free... of course, sometimes it does happen and it's always worth asking.  You might also want to post a few more pictures on this site using "Create Content" and add a picture for your profile, to get readers interested to contact you.  By the way, if you'll be heading to the Feria farmer's market in Perez next Thursday, send me a PM, maybe we can meet you there to say hello in person.   -Peter
