Upgrade For The Website!

I just upgraded the server for this website. For the past few years, it has been at pair.com on the East Coast but now it is hosted at Hurrican Electric in the Earthquake zone of Silicon Valley, California. Things can always misbehave due to upgrades like this, so please email me or reply to this post if there is anything unusual you notice.
For the next few days, you should still be able to access the old site at old.central-america-forum.com if you want to experience that nice slow server again to compare, but that site will be turned off soon, because this is the new server and it appears to be functional.

don't forget to send some links our way too!
Oh the headaches!
This is one person that can relate to your turmoil with switching hosts. Last year I switched to Rackspace and overall its been good but the transition certainly wasnt without problems or headaches. I also recently revamped and changed my Costa Rica news site and took a huge risk doing so with the hit I'll take from Google for changing the entire URL structure. Oh well sometimes we have to do these things and all we can do is hope for the best that Google and the others will not punish you too much in the rankings.
