The Farm Truck in Nicaragua
Before I post the final picture of the completed house, I am going to have this short interlude to give thanks for the day and the evening and the sunset and to give thanks for this great vehicle, the Soviet army donation WAZ. This vehicle brought most of the house to the farm, one ride at a time. The gas tank was a 2-gallon plastic jar at the feet of the passenger. Here the truck is passing through the part of the farm where I rented out pasture for cattle. These vehicles can be seen in other formerly Soviet-supported areas as well, such as in the Laos-Vietnam area, and probably more places where Communists have/had Nicaragua-style friends.
