One thing that gets me are people who post pictures that they have run through filters and photo programs to make them look better than they really are. I do not do that. i have a good camera and what I see is what you get.

The colors in your outside shots are wonderful.  This one and the other picture of the river remind me of something one man told me whn I first arrived in Nicargua: "El agua es el oro de Nicaragua." (Water is the gold of Nicaragua.)  So much of Nicaragua has very fertile soil but very little surface water.  But if you can get the water on the soil, "se levanta cualquier cosecha" (anything grows well).
