Used Motor Oil

One of the First things to do in a construction project is to find a container with used motor oil.  Then, when you "plant" posts (these happen to be chocuabo posts for a house) strip off the outer layer of the tree that is most prone to decomposition and paint the part that will be in the ground with the used motor oil.
